I have a serious question - perhaps you could ask Mr. Turley for an opinion. Is there any way the American people could put a check on the presidential pardon power - but just the timing? Perhaps a petition that future presidents can ONLY use the power up to a week before the presidential election? That would allow voters to have full information before they vote.Many people are disgusted by Biden’s lies about NOT pardoning his son and never pardoning people who have NOT been charged - as he did at the last minute.
I would call it the “in your face Joe Biden “act (IYFJB act) or something more appropriate.
Joe Biden has not been able to do the duties of President of the United States the whole 4 years of time . Here at this end time his wanting to pardon people and things he doesn’t know about or understands . He’s a complete fool .
