I will again share comments from Newt Gingerich made this last year on Hannity. He knows Biden well.

1. Joe Biden and his family have always been corrupt.

2. In fact, we call the Biden Family the Sopranos of Delaware.

3. We have an agent of China living in the White House.

I think that sums up the legacy of Joe Biden and his family quite well.

Per my comment before, Biden & cronies do NOT know/understand the pardoning process. Correct me if I'm wrong, but LEGALLY, one must be found guilty in a court of law in order to be pardoned. If one is not guilty of anything there is no need for a pardon anyway.

The Presidential power of pardons is very broad sweeping. It can keep someone from having to go through the agony and expense of going through an arrest and trial. I seriously doubt our Founding Fathers envisioned a mentally incompetent & corrupt Joe Biden & Family when they drafted the power of the Presidential Pardon.

So the answer is one does not have to be arrested or convicted to be pardoned. And we now know how this power can be grossly legally abused.

Unmitigated joy, however Justice for the J6ers should include reparations (may not be the right word); definitely compensation for financial losses and punitive damages. And I hope lawsuits by the victims.

The opening line of the newsletter made me recall the Ronald Reagan era line: It’s morning in America…”

Today was truly a great morning.

There will be tough times ahead for our President, but with God’s help, he will do what is right.

One of the big Executive Orders, which will have a significant impact on the bureaucracy was clarifying duties and responsibilities of the SES (Senior Executive Service)level employees.

It will be much easier to get rid of them when they try to betray the President and more importantly, the Constitution.

Those under-worked, over paid bureaucrats will either have to do their boons or get out. I am looking forward to many more headlines from President Trump saying, “You’re Fired!”

Thank you for the newsletter and God’s Blessings on you all.

This article tonight, "DOJ's 'excessive' treatment of Jan 6 rioters 'undermined' the prosecutions, Turley says after pardons" treats the Jan6 pardon question pretty fairly but leaves out a major point. The complete failure of the Biden administration to prosecute the "liberal themed" demonstrators that turned violent and destructive over the past four years, in and of itself made the Jan6 prosecutions nothing but a political vendetta. I would also like to know what the significance is of "almost all" of the 1500 that were indicted. In addition, I believe that some number of these people deserve compensation for the excess of "justice" that was administered and also some of the treatment that was received. I'm hoping that this saga does not end with just pardons. In addition, the unwarranted treatment was administered by someone and authorized by someone, and these people need to be dealt with appropriately to properly close this chapter of injustice. Again, this is not retribution, this is equal justice under the law.

Saw this article, "Career Justice Department officials reassigned to different positions: reports", that speaks of reassignments of some DOJ personnel prior to Bondi's confirmation. I don't want to jump the gun, but this agency did more than most to criminalize government activities and I certainly hope that this results in significant numbers of employees being fired. The article mentions the difficulty of firing senior personnel "just because" but what many of these minions in government did was not a "just because" problem or a concern that they might not fully support the new administrations agenda. These people did not just exceed their authority they violated the spirit and direction of the Constitution. It does not matter if their "boss" told then to, their very "qualifications for the job" prevent them from using this excuse.

After reading Col Allard's message, I am reminded of when it was revealed that Gen Mark Milley was keeping in touch with his counterpart in China, to alert him of any possible attacks that then-President Trump might order against China's interests. And while I don't know if such an act amounts to treason, it certainly doesn't look good, especially if China was considered a rival nation.

Regarding the destruction of evidence by members of the J6 Kangaroo Kommittee: That act may qualify as a state crime instead of a federal crime. If so, it may allow for the individual states where those members were from to prosecute them. This may not result in any action against people like Adam Kinzinger and Adam "Bull" Schiff, but it could result in state charges against Loonie Lizzie Cheney. This is an opinion, and it may not be correct, but others who agree with this, at least in part, are Mark Levin and Megyn Kelly.

Mark Levin & Megyn Kelly, thank you for standing strong and loving our country and Constitution enough to do so👏🏼

Just one of the reasons Biden pardoned Milley. I do not know if Pardons can be used against a Military person in a Military Courts Marshal. But as Commander & Chief the President can have all charges dismissed. And now we have a new Commander & Chief.

Will be interesting how that turns out.

Every time I see a picture of Milley & many others🤮

One cannot be charged with a state crime that occurs in another state. Can the District of Columbia prosecute when the violation occurred on Federal Property? I don't recall a precedent for this. I do remember during riots DC Police arrested on the city street and U.S. Marshals arrested on actual Federal Property like the White House or Capital & etc.. In the Military Police we had some Officers who were sworn in as Deputy Marshals, but this was never needed to be tested in court.

My heart goes out to the journalist and all of the J6 ‘prisoners” who went through a living hell due to the weaponization of Biden’s legal system!! This country never should have seen the twisted evil that a political party could do to its citizens! Time for the demonrat party to be officially booted out of America!!!!

Read (actually skimmed) this article today, "Reverend asks Trump to have 'mercy' on immigrants, LGBTQ children who 'fear for their lives'". My first reaction was that Trump needs to find a new church. This was nothing but blatant personal opinion masquerading as a "sermon or prayer". My paster will on occasion speak to a politically significant topic but only in the context of biblical truth (i.e., what the Bible has to say on the subject). He does not start with a political issue but if the sermon topic touches on a "political issue" he does not ignore the scriptural lesson to be learned. I will add one other thing which I'm sure will not be popular with some, the Right Reverend Mariann Edgar Budde is neither right nor a referend in the eyes of God. The Bible is clear that women are not to have "authority" over men in the church. This is not a sexist thing or suggestion that women are in any way inferior to men, it is simply the family unit and spiritual hierarchy that God ordain and has never rescinded. Some people like to think that cultural norms somehow trump God's word, but that is not how it works with respect to specific biblical mandates or instructions. God and his word are unchanging.

How can Biden have shame on his last minute pardons when he lives in an alternate universe? In the real world why would someone need a pardon if they’ve done nothing wrong? A lot more can be said but for me I’m just grateful to have the Biden crime family in the rear view mirror! Hopefully we’ve seen the last of this generation of low life marxists…

Thank you that finally the most corrupt president in my lifetime has finally left. Even though it is somewhat troubling that he won’t answer for his corruption, there will come a time when he will. Thank you, Lord, for a president we can trust and respect. May you continue to protect him and lead him to do his best for our country l

Did I miss something or did President Trump take the oath of office without his hand on the Bible? Looks like Melania held the Bible’s while his left arm hung loose

Expand full comment

My understanding is that the Chief Justice started administering the oath quickly, before Melania had time to be in position with the TWO Bibles she was carrying. So they were a little mixed up during this. But it doesn't matter at all; there's nothing in the Constitution or any law about being sworn in on a Bible, and President Trump's intention was clearly to have the Bible(s) under his hand.

Ilhan Omar and Rashid Talib used the Quran. Let’s toss them out then talk to me about not being able to get those bibles over where Trump forgot to put his hand on them. So Captain snowflake I’ll help you out here. I would say the oath was so rushed that yeah he probably didn’t realize his hand wasn’t on the Bible but….Article VI states there is no requirement for a religious test …..to paraphrase. That’s how the two Muslims were able to take the oath. Easy to research but it’s more fun for all of you to get your panties in a wad before doing some simple research.

Schiff is one that should be brought to justice for repeated lies to both congress and the american people. He is a worm that needs to be squashed. The advanced pardon above the law will be fought in court. But in the meantime, investigations should strill go on to expose all the extent of the lies. Biden's legacy will be corruption and incompetence both in great measures

I like the idea of taking away fifth amendment protections for all those pardoned by Biden for just breathing! Yes, it looks like they are guilty of something, might as well be breathing! I hope that this new administration pursues this within the context of the law. The standard that should have been applied, but was trashed by Biden, needs to come back and be the standard by which this administration abides. Otherwise, how we will ever rid our federal government of such poor behavior?
