If what I said earlier leaves some unconvinced about the true nature of Biden's pardons, the story is complete and confirmed as he walks out the door of the oval office. So that no avenue could be used to reach the corrupt Biden family business of selling inside government influence and information for personal gain he pardoned "the family". I guess he didn't need to pardon Jill believing that as his spouse she could not testify against him. Tragically, the only retribution we have is Joe and Jill having to sit through Trump's inauguration speech rehearsing the litany of his administration failures. Joe will have a place in history (probably not accurately told) instead of a place in jail.
Woke up today to this news story, "Biden pardons Mark Milley, Anthony Fauci, J6 committee members". I have to admit I was not sure this would happen and certainly not to the extent of including Milley or J6 committee. The subheading to this article, "Speculation whirled that Trump could open investigations on Fauci and others", is nothing but a lame excuse and continuation of the democrats expecting Trump to follow their own example of criminalizing the justice system. This egregious step had one and only one purpose, to protect the guilty, just like the broad pardon of Hunter was designed to eliminate the open door to the Biden corrupt family business of selling government influence for personal gain. Should some of these people, and others Biden failed to protect, be investigated and dealt with according to the rule of law, absolutely, but the priority of the Trump administration is the future, not the past. No one pardons innocent people who have not been charged or convicted of a crime. There was humorous item included in one of the recent "stories" lauding Biden that he was considering as a magnanimous gesture to pardon Trump. Not that I believe the comment, but I suspect if he had Trump would have rejected the pardon and continued his appeals until actual justice prevailed, as risky as that can be in today's legal environment. The latest objects of Bidon's pardon wand thank him and breathed a sigh of relief, enough said.
Can Trump pardon Rudy Giuliani? Everyone knows, after seeing videos of those women pulling stuff out from under the tables that they were involved in the fraud. It makes me both sad and sick what they have done to Rudy. Now they get to be millionaires as Rudy has had to file bankruptcy? It is an abomination that the lawfare against Trump, Rudy, Steve Bannon and others have been prosecuted by evil leftists.
Donald Trump needs to help Rudy get back on his feet, after all, this only happened because Rudy went to the mat trying to help Donald Trump and trying to stop a stolen election.
Here's another effort to put a positive slant on history, "Biden's efforts to show 'vigor' backfired, showed his advanced age: Report". I'm just nine months younger than Biden. I had foot surgery this year and wore a boot for 8 weeks and never once thought it made me look anything other than a person who was taking care of themself. I don't pride myself on my memory but in fact became a college graduate believing that it was not necessary to memorize what you can look up (not a recommendation). My point being this article tries to make age the issue when (while it CAN be a factor) the issue was from day one mental capacity. I realize it may one day happen, but right now I'm unaware of any loss of logical or analytical thinking. In fact, I believe experiences gleaned over time (age) has if anything enhanced the ability to process issues and problems. Don't fall for this rewrite effort.
I think the sentiment is "right on" but I suspect Trump, and his supporters (inner circle) will not forget Giuliani and what he has been put thru. It would not surprise me to find him landing in some capacity within the administration team.

Read this article today in the news (not entirely and if you read it yourself, you'll know why), "NBC casts dark light on Biden legacy and current White House mood: ‘Like a morgue’". First, I'm not sure any outgoing administration turning the "reins of government" over to the opposition would not to some extent feel this way. The article mentions Biden's displeasure with Obama and Pelosi "failing him at the last minute" when in fact he owes them becoming president in the first place. They helped sell a dementia patient on the party and simply realized it could not be done twice. The article has this Carville quote, "He should be having a glorious, well deserved, highly acclaimed retirement. And he’s not, ...... It’s hard to blame anybody but him.", speaking about a disaster of a president who except for his mental state would be under investigation for a career of selling influence and inside information for personal gain. The article also laments Biden's "failed pledge" as a presidential candidate, "to unite the country, strengthen his party and defend democracy,", which was nothing but political speak or a joke as best. The truth is Biden did everything his party wanted being only a puppet himself and it's the results that were a failure. The only real promise he alone failed to keep was when he pardoned Hunter, which had more to do with protecting the family corrupt business when it became clear it was in jeopardy. The party, the liberal media and democratic "experts" are all trying to make Biden the fall guy for their own failure and the failure of the party's agenda. Believe me I have no sympathy for Biden but his part in this (really Jill's part) was allowing himself to be used. The allure of being able to be called "president and first lady" was just too great to say no.
It has long concerned me that lawyers can "court shop" some cases to get a jury pool that is highly favorable to them. Juries have to deal with family, friends and neighbors with their verdicts, and in highly political cases, it can be a form of intimidation for them to reach unpopular verdicts in their localities. Imagine the pressure the NYC jury must have felt about the Trump cases? And aside from that, I always wish media would publish how much the attorneys get from these "awards"? Asking for a $150 million verdict, when most of it goes to lawyers, makes these cases look more like a shakedown than "justice".
Rudy did the right things for NYC. That's why this is all such a horrible case of misjustice and lack of gratitude. And all of this over "Politics" led to political lawfare at its very worst.
Thank you. Hmmmm….they have destroyed a man who cleaned up New York City while saying “Naughty Naughty” to a corrupt corporation that has been trying to destroy the entire country. SHAME ON US SHEESH 😒 I’m glad for Rudy that it’s at least now over.
The settlements for things like defamation and other non physical perceived injustices are way out of proportion to the injury. There really needs to be some limitation on the awards for certain injuries. Even the awards for death and physical injury can be ridiculous. Judges and juries have forgotten how to be fair. We are not better than those than countries we decry. I’m not sure any President can fix this problem because it is the result of strongly held conviction. These judges and juries do not appear to be concerned with justice but are politically motivated. They may think they mean well because those around them applaud their decisions. Brain washing does work. It’s not that people are evil, they just have come to be believe that those who disagree with them deserve punishment.

Hillsdale Podcast Recommendation;
"What made the American Revolution Unique. Part 1 Jan 3 & Part 2 Jan 10.
Interesting why our Constitution works here in America but not elsewhere. Starts off kind of slow but picks up the pace.

Is the Equal Rights Amendment now law? Biden said it was?

Does anyone know a way to help Giuliani financially? ie; Go Fund me or something legit that won't get him into worse trouble....again.
He's the kind of guy who is always welcome at my house!....anytime of the day.

That is my hope as well.
Mine too Robin.

God bless you,Gov for standing for truth & justice for Rudy G;one of the greatest American leaders;what he did for New York will never be equalled!
Not only cleaning the mobs out,but after 9/11 his heroic efforts to save the city;like many others I watched news
24/7,Rudy inspired New York with his devotion to supporting firefighters, law enforcement, every person affected by
disaster.May God bless and keep him.
And may retribution for this injustice arrive for every one who caused it!!!
He was a gem. I'm so sad he has been dragged through the mud.
